1) Message boards : Cafe : Reporting offensive posts is broken (Message 6477)

Oops, this thread should have gone to the webpage discussion subforum. I found the issue here and didn't pay attention. Not that it matters since the likelihood that anybody is going to do anything about it apparently is scant anyway.

Easy to reproduce - simply click on the small report icon at the bottom of an article. When you submit the report it will return an error.

The project lead was last seen in this forum on July 1. I would not hold my breath for a fix.

Your client is fine. The servers are down and the project lead last posted in this forum on July 1.

I scratched my head a bit about the "8 cores" available on an android device.

That might be an ODROID-XU4. They are inexpensive and (for an Android device) powerful little machines and therefore popular with the BOINC crowd.

I'm saddened. I love this project but it could be so much more if it got the proper attention.

Well, what I can say with certainty is that up until some time in fall, the number of watched seconds was recorded properly. Since then it's been stuck at 4,144 seconds for me. I believe the same goes for events.

I watched a few more videos and now the watched time and validated events were recorded properly. I guess the data for the videos I watched at the end of last year was lost but I can live with that.

Lovely! Could you check out Wildlife as well? I think there is a similar issue with recording the watched video time and events.

My user account status has been saying "Wildlife@Home watched: 4,144 seconds" for a month or two even though I have watched and evaluated a number of additional videos since then. And I am fairly certain that I properly submitted events and pressed the finished button after each of them. Is the service that is recording watched seconds down?
