I've moved the wildlife@home server side daemons over to citizen science grid. New WUs for Wildlife@home will be sent out from CSG as well, not from the wildlife@home project anymore.

This shouldn't effect anyone watching videos for the crowd sourcing aspect of the project.

Have you talked to Willy over at BOINCstats about the change? I assume he'll probably want to keep the three projects separate for stats purposes, but the account manager is going to need updating with the new URL.

I'll be exporting the wildlife@home credits to the same place they've always been, so I don't think anything will need to change.

Thanks for all your hard work Travis,
The new CSG website looks great and integration seems to be complete.

I am interested in continuing to view Video, (once the "Brooding" vrs. "On Nest" question is answered for grouse Events).

I also want to process Work Units for Wildlife@Home whenever they become available.
I was able to log onto the CSG website and see my Account (Preferences) using my same W@H info.
MY QUESTION: Do I have to detach Wildlife@Home from the Boinc Client and add new project "Citizen Science Grid" ??? ... to get new WU's?

For the time being you can leave wildlife@home attached, and just also attach to citizen science grid. If you want to detach Wildlife@Home that's fine, as we shouldn't be sending out any more work units from there.

Kyle is coming back from his summer internship at Amazon next week, so I'm hoping we'll see a lot more progress on Wildlife@Home work units once he's back.

After I get DNA@Home back up and running, if I have time before the semester starts (2 weeks - yuck!) I'm going to see if I can get SubsetSum back up and going.

After that I'll be devoting most of my time to Wildlife@Home work units, and a new project involving data mining flight data we're going to call Aviation@Home (but more on that once we get to that point).

If you want BAM users to connect to the new URL, he'll have to change that.

Okay. Well once I get everything combined and stats exporting properly, I think I'll have to talk with the stats people to see how they want to import things.
