I'm seeing a similar issue as Conan but not that far back - only to 16 Jul 2015, 2:07:07 UTC. I think the problem is because we generate so many workunits at once in large batches -- maybe these are being put in the back of the queue and not getting sent out?

I'm seeing a similar issue as Conan but not that far back - only to 16 Jul 2015, 2:07:07 UTC. I am not sure but based on what I have seen at others projects there is a option in the server settings to give resends priority when work is send to users. May be you can have a look. ____________ ![]()

Just mentioning that I still see this issue - I have 29 pending, back to the beginning of August. That's probably not a lot, except that I have only had three grant credit so it's pretty poor return on investment!

That's probably not a lot, except that I have only had three grant credit so it's pretty poor return on investment! Yuck, I'll try and see if there's some kind of fix for this. That seems really strange... Although you should have had way more than that. Probably what's going on is the database is deleting workunits that have been completed and validated, so the only ones that are showing up are the ones you're currently working on or are pending.

It seems if you are not actively crunching units, the units you completed and are waiting to be sent to another person are just ignored. It is odd that this seems to be how it works, but I have tested it a few times by starting and stopping work here.

So it would appear that when a completed work unit encounters an error on another machine it becomes stagnant and unsent. I personally have over 700 such units (others with many more). Can or WILL these units be resent ? Any help understanding would be appreciated.

Can or WILL these units be resent ? Any help understanding would be appreciated. From my experience they will eventually be resent. The problem seems to be that unlike most projects where failed or aborted work units go to the front of the queue, here they seem to go to the back of the line and it can be quite a while before they are resent. I have had some in the past that took upwards of two months to be resent.

All teams and users would appreciate work validated and credited ASAP.
