I've started 6 new runs up, beginning with snail and slug. Let me know how they're crunching!

Hi Travis.

I'm having problems reporting tasks, ,I see the server page has a lot of red on it.

No trouble with any of them (I paused some in order to try a full mix)

Edit ... maybe worth to mention : Slug 1000 run not even half as long as Test 1000 and Snail 1000 (but of course slugs don't have to carry houses so they can run faster)

Yeah, that sounds about right.

So the test runs (the longest ones) contain a list of genes related to SNAIL and SLUG.

The slug runs contain only genes relating to slug (which is smaller than the number related to snail), and the snail run contains only genes relating to snail. So those will not run as long.

When the results get in, we'll be able to see what transcription factors are more related to both, one, or the other.
