I would like to discuss this video:

The 2nd bird seem to be not a parent. It comes near to nest, but don't contact the sitting bird. So I respond to parent return and parent leaves with no. But if it is a parent the questions must be answered with yes. Everybody have different answers to this video.

Hm... since we can't really differ if it is a parent or not I don't think it makes any difference. Since the old initial description was "bird" it fits anyway and would been marked as "yes". ;-)

If another bird of the same species flies to the nest, that counts as a parent, even though technically it might not be.

Who knows, in the case of these birds, it takes a village :P
